Damage Alexander's health and Dallas will flee leaving her hammer behind. Use the ladder next to Alexander and Dallis to avoid the first encounter, later you can use the wall opposite the one you climbed up on, stand next to the ballista and teleport Alexander, not Dallis, on the wall. You can also use Spirit Vision with dead shark in Driftwood's beach. Kill an animal and then use Spirit Vision with the Pet Pal perk speak to it. It is recommended to do this in the early game - the damage from teleport doesn't really scale, so do it when enemies have fewer hit points. The most reliable and easy way to get this achievement is to load a save where you have Source Vampirism and to just use it on a spirits and you should get the tag right away.
